White Nights

An Incentive Program Theme Event

Imagine you have just spent the day on a pristine beach of a five star resort. You and your guest stroll back to your lovely hotel room.  In your room you find a white draw string bag with your company’s logo.  Inside are two sets of white flip flops, one for you and one for your guest.  They fit perfectly.  The soles have a cut out of the company logo which makes an imprint in the sand.  A gift card is attached and says “Just like these flip flops; we hope this evenings White Nights event leaves an impression.  Feel free to slip these on if you need to complete an all white outfit”. This creative room gift sets the stage for this evening’s White Nights event.

As incentive winners and guests arrive at a magnificent Villa, they are greeted with a variety of specialty canapés served in a contemporary style from the gourmet kitchen. A chef is on hand to prepare fresh sushi made to order. Sparkling champagne is served on silver trays as guests, dressed in white, mingle and chat about the adventures of the day. Highlights of the weeks exciting events will be shown on the big screen TV reminding guests of the camaraderie and merriment they have enjoyed throughout the week.

Guests are then escorted to an expansive lawn area surrounded by tropical flowers and foliage that overlooks the Caribbean Sea.  The lawn is decorated with over sized glowing cones, pedestals and pillar candles.  Dining Tables and food station tables are up lit underneath with led lights featuring a hint of blue to create a floating effect. Tables and chairs are dressed with white spandex linens, magnificent white calla lilies and blue votive candles to complete a contemporary and chic ambiance.

The illuminated pool features a Gobo of the company’s logo. Edgy trussing and blue lighting set the stage for the international dance band.

Guests will dine on lobster, lamb and other delicacies offered from a variety of action food stations. Dancing under the stars followed by a fireworks display will make this an evening to remember.

After a magnificent evening, winners and guests will return to their rooms to find a digital photo frame displaying the pictures from a memorable week – the perfect ending to an extraordinary event!
